MAH CET 2026 Registration Begins > Course-wise Dates- Fees and Online Application Process

The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has officially started MAH CET 2026 Registration for multiple professional courses for the academic session 2026–2027 for the candidates who are seeking admission to B.Ed/L.L.B (3 years)/MCA and M.HMCT programmes in Maharashtra. Each CET has received a separate notification and depending on the course- the application process started on: January 7 or 8 of the year 2026. The first step in getting an admission to professional courses in Maharashtra is to register yourself for MAH CET 2026 and to avoid missing the deadlines the candidates are required to apply as soon as possible and make sure that they meet eligibility requirements and should check official updates from time to time. Every year the MAH CET exams are held at the state level for admission to government along with aided and unaided educational institutions. It is not permitted to submit the application form offline – it must be submitted online through the official portal. Before submitting an application- the candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline and carefully verify their eligibility and make sure that they have the required paperwork such as their APAAR ID and Aadhaar ID.

MAH CET 2026 is an entrance exam for several professional programmes which includes MAH-B.Ed. [General and Special Education] – MAH-B.Ed. ELCT [English Language Content Test] – MAH-L.L.B. [3 Years] and MAH-MCA/MAH-M.HMCT [Hotel Management and Catering Technology]. For every CET there is a separate information booklet which includes the syllabus along with the exam format and admission requirements.

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility conditions that are staed in the official brochures. The candidate must have an APAARID as it is mandatory for all CET registrations. Those candidates who are without an APAAR ID must generate it through DigiLocker. In addition to it an Aadhaar ID is compulsory for MAH-MCA and MAH-M.HMCT CET. Candidates are advised to go through the course-specific eligibility requirements before registering because each course has different educational and subject requirements.

Step 1: Go through the official website at www.mahacet.org.and tap on the “Apply Online” link for the relevant CET
Step 2: Create a new user account with your name along with your email address and mobile number.
Step 3: Enter all your personal and academic information and log in using the generated details and Upload your signature and scanned photo
Step 4: Pay online after carefully reviewing the application form once- Complete the form and save the confirmation page
