The Electronics Corporation of India Limited officially published the candidate response sheet for the Graduate Engineer Trainee Computer Based Test which was administered on 1/January/2026. Candidates can now view their marked responses online by clicking on the response sheet link on Electronics Corporation of India Limited’s official website. Candidates who appeared for the CBT under Advertisement No. 06/2025 can log in using their Candidate ID/Login ID and password to access the question-wise response sheet. This feature enables candidates to determine their chances of moving on to the interview stage – computer approximate scores and cross-check their answers with the officially marked responses. The window for the response sheet will be open from 3/January/2026 at 10:00 AM until the day of January 10, 2026, at 11:55 PM. The link will be disabled and no more access will be granted after this deadline.

Eligibility Conditions:

A four-year full-time B.E. or B.Tech degree is required of candidates. Additionally, the degree must come from a university or other establishment that is recognised by the AICTE/UGC with a minimum of 60% of marks in the relevant field. Final-year students may only apply if they are able to present proof of their details during the interview stage.

The candidate must be no older than 27. Also candidates should be aware that according to Indian government regulations- certain categories are eligible for age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC-NCl while 10 years for PwD and 10 years for ex-servicemen.

Selection Process Explained:

Candidates must know that there are two phases to the ECIL GET recruitment process which are stated below:

Computer Based Test – CBT:

In the final merit the CBT has an 85% weight. To advance to the next round the candidates must receive a minimum number of qualifying grades in both overall terms and in terms of discipline.

Individual Interview:

The interview carries 15% weightage. Only the applicants who had qualified for the CBT will receive interview call letters through email or the official website. The combined results of the CBT and interview will be used to create the final merit list.

Salary and Benefits Received:

The chosen applicants will be hired as graduate engineer trainees and will be earning between ₹40000 and ₹140000. Candidates will be hired as officers on the same payment range once they have successfully completed a year of training. According to ECIL regulations the candidates will receive additional benefits which include: medical benefits- provident fund- house rent allowance- dearness allowance and leave benefits. It is necessary to execute a ₹4 lakh four-year service bond on non-judicial stamp paper.
